Learn more about our work and what’s coming up for our team by watching our “Moving the world for animals” webinar

Earlier this month, we hosted a webinar introducing our Campaign Team to our World Animal Protection community for the first time. Attendees learned about our new 10-year strategy, what is coming up within our current campaigns, and they also had an opportunity to ask questions.

We are happy to be able to present you with a recording of our “Moving the World for Animals” webinar, and share with you what’s coming up for World Animal Protection Canada while providing some insight on our campaigns.

What’s in this webinar?

You’ll hear from Colin Saravanamuttoo (he/him), our Executive Director, as he shares why he was excited to join World Animal Protection, and what continues to inspire him in his work daily.

We walk through our 10-year strategy and our chance to make the greatest impact on the lives of animals, together.

Ever wonder why we focus on particular issues? You’ll get some insight when you hear from our Farming and Wildlife campaign managers Lynn Kavanagh (she/her), and Michèle Hamers (she/her), along with Melissa Matlow (she/her), Campaign Director. They’ll walk you through the reasons why we’re campaigning for specific animal welfare issues and why the actions they will take with your support will make the greatest change for animals.

Stay tuned as we hope to host similar events in the future.
